Acceptance of these terms

Timegres is provided by Inoa Labs LLC ("we", "us"). By downloading or using Timegres, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

The app and your license

Subject to these terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Timegres on devices you own or control. Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service and, where applicable, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement. These terms supplement Apple's terms and do not replace any rights Apple gives you.

Purchases

When sold through the App Store, Timegres is a paid-upfront app: you buy it once and every feature is included. There are no subscriptions, in-app purchases, or trials. All purchases, billing, pricing, and refunds are handled by Apple under the App Store terms, not by us.

Beta testing

During TestFlight or other beta testing, Timegres is provided for testing and evaluation. Beta versions may change, expire, contain bugs, behave differently, or differ from the final App Store release. Please do not rely on beta versions as your only record of important information.

Planning is informational, not a guarantee

Timegres helps you plan by estimating capacity, checking whether tasks fit, and suggesting schedules. These estimates, fit checks, suggestions, and planned-versus-actual figures are informational aids only. They are estimates, not guarantees of any outcome, and you remain responsible for your own scheduling and decisions. Timegres does not provide professional, medical, legal, financial, or safety advice.

Your data and backups

Your content belongs to you and is stored on your device and, when sync is used, in your private iCloud account. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups using the app's export feature. Because we do not receive or store your content, we cannot recover data that is lost from your device.

Acceptable use

You agree to use Timegres only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it. For example, do not attempt to interfere with the app's intended operation or reverse engineer it except to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Support

We aim to respond to support requests sent to support@timegres.com, but support is provided as available and we do not guarantee a response time or a particular outcome.

Termination

Your license to use Timegres ends if you violate these terms. You may stop using Timegres at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Disclaimer of warranties

Timegres is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inoa Labs LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of Timegres.

Changes to the app or these terms

We may update the app and these terms over time. When we change these terms, we will update the "last updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
